The ACT/SAT Prep Course is nonrefundable.
Score Guarantee for SAT/ACT Programs:
Our average historical track record of improvement is 300 SAT points and 5 ACT points. For this reason, we guarantee improvement of 200 total SAT points or 3 total ACT points for all students who have entry SAT scores of less than 1250 or entry ACT scores of less than 30, who complete all activities and Practice Tests, and log a minimum of 25 hours in SAT Math and 25 hours in SAT EBRW, or 25 hours in ACT Math/Science and 25 hours in ACT English/Reading in their online course.
We measure point improvement from students’ official test scores. If the student does not have official test scores, we calculate improvement by comparing the student’s first Prepworks Online Practice Test, which must completed at the start of the program, to official test scores. Students must take their official tests within two weeks of completion of their Prepworks Course and Practice Test.
For all students who are eligible for Prepworks Score Guarantee and do not meet or exceed the guaranteed minimum score improvement, the school may use the license the following year, free of charge, for the same or different student.
To redeem the Score Guarantee, schools must provide Prepworks with score outcomes for students who did not meet or exceed Prepworks Score Guarantee. If needed, schools may show redacted official documents to ensure student privacy.
